Catalan Bread: Pa amb tomaquet i pernil

I don't know what makes it so popular to foreign people, but I can have an idea. I love it!

Ingredients:
- Ciabatta slices.
- Tomatoes
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Cherry tomatoes or serrano ham.

Time:
10 minutes

Instructions:
Toast ciabatta slices.
Rub with peeled garlic and halved tomatoes every slice.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Add a pinch of salt
Top with chopped seasoned cherry tomatoes or serrano ham.
Drizzle again with olive oil.
